We make each band upon order and tailor it to the exact wrist measurement for the most comfortable fit. Our sizing method is guaranteed to provide the best fit for the wrist size ordered for, therefore we ask that you check that your wrist measurement is accurate before ordering. If you have any questions, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist.

In the event that your band does not fit, please send a picture of your wrist being measured with a soft flexible measuring tape (please see measuring instructions page). If your wrist measurement does in fact match the size ordered for, we will gladly get a new band made and shipped out to you.

Yes! All our Apple Watch bands fit the new Series 7 watch perfectly! Even though the watch face sizes have changed a little between series, the lug design has not changed.



Please check processing times for your order prior to ordering, as the time frame can change during holidays and peak shopping seasons. 

Once payment has been verified, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days … though sometimes it can take a little longer.

Orders ship Monday-Friday. Delivery time will depend upon product availability and selected shipping method.

Shipments going to the US are estimated to take 3-5 days plus processing time. Canada Post currently estimates 5–14 days for standard domestic shipping. Express shipping estimates are 2–5 days plus processing time.



It happens! If you accidentally put the wrong shipping address, simply contact us before your order is shipped and provide us with the correct address. 

Unfortunately, once your order has shipped there is not much we can do. We ask that you contact the shipping company that currently has your package in order to attempt an address change. Once the package has shipped, we have no way of changing the address and we are unable to contact the shipping company on your behalf for security and privacy reasons.

QtCatz cannot be held responsible for packages that ship with an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Unfortunately, with everything going on with COVID-19 there have been delays in shipping times. Sometimes tracking stops for a period of time due to backlogs at postal facilities; customs; limited air flights; weather etc. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will be happy to work with you and coordinate a replacement.



If your package shows as “delivered”, but you still have not received it, we highly encourage you to work with your postal office to understand if the delivery was made to an adjacent address. In those situations, we would be happy to work with you to provide a replacement at a reduced rate.

Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn’t receive your item due to providing the wrong address, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it’s being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we cannot replace at our expense.



Due to COVID-19 impacts, international shipping to destinations outside of North America (USA & Canada) could take longer than usual (approximately 3-4 weeks). While we do get your order made and shipped out within our normal order processing times, unfortunately from time-to-time delays in shipping occur and are outside of our control.



Once your package has arrived, open and examine it to make sure that the item(s) meet your order. If you wish to return or exchange an item inform us within 5 days for return instructions. The item(s) must be returned unworn and in the original condition received with labels attached. Shipping fees to send the item back to us are to be covered by you. Item(s) may not be returned after 15 days or more of delivery. 

Since the elastic and scrunchie watch bands are custom made-to-order and we cannot resell or reuse them, we have a $7.50 USD restocking fee for any watch band returned or exchanged. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our commitment to quality craftsmanship is seen in all of our watch bands. We stand by the quality of our watch bands and are committed to fixing any issues that may have occurred in the production of your band.

Though we do our best to ensure that our photos are true to colour as possible, the actual product color may vary from the images shown due to every monitor or mobile display having a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's colour. Refunds and returns will not be granted because of colour variance.

Please include in the envelope a copy of the receipt. If the return is for resizing (see section on resizing), please also include a message as to how the fit was, and with the new wrist measurement. Upon receipt we will resize the band and get it back to you within 1-3 business days of receiving the band.

Missing, damaged or negligently packaged products will not be refunded. When shipping back to us please make sure the band is packaged in a poly bubble or a ridged cardboard envelope, as the metal lugs could cut through regular paper envelopes.

If you need your elastic watch band resized, please see our resizing page, and contact us within 5 days of receiving your band. We are always happy to help!

Given the additional labor and material (if sizing up) required to resize a band, we charge a $7.50 USD fee for a resizing which includes shipping back to you (USA & CANADA). If you live outside of USA or Canada, please contact us.

Upon receipt we will resize the band and get it shipped off within 1-3 business days of receiving the band.

Send your band back to us within 15 days of delivery.

To avoid postal mishaps, please be sure to purchase insurance when items are sent back to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items/packages.



We stand by the quality of our watch bands, though we are not responsible for any damage or loss related to the Apple Watch itself. If there is an issue with your band, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you out.
